Full registration
Member of AIEST/TRC and Academy: € 600 (Early bird till June 30, 2021), € 700 (July 1 - August 9, 2021)
Non-member: € 800 (Early bird), € 900 (July 1 - August 9, 2021)
The full conference package includes within the time frame of the conference:
- Entrance to all working sessions during the whole period of the conference
- Conference materials
- Welcome Reception on Sunday
- Coffee breaks from Monday to Wednesday
- Lunches from Monday to Wednesday
- Dinners from Monday to Wednesday
- Excursion on Monday and technical excursion on Wednesday including transportation, activities and F&B
Not included: Accommodation, any other food and beverages, Airport transfer and any other transportation costs (apart the explicitly mentioned), any personal expenses.

Please note: Daily registration does not allow for holding an oral presentation of your own work.

AIEST is celebrating its 70 anniversary! Members of AIEST/TRC and Academy for the Study of Tourism and other conference participants are cordially invited to join in the celebration on August 30, 2021.

Conference participants and accompanying persons may register separately. As member of AIEST/TRC and Academy you may let your accompanying person register for the reduced member price.
After your online registration you may book your accommodation.
Rules of cancellation
Due to the pandemic situation, the AIEST has decided to provide very favorable cancellation conditions.
Until July 31, 2021: full refund of conference fee, no cancellation fee
Up to August 15, 2021: refund of conference fee minus administrative expenses of Euro 100.
After August 15, 2021: no refund of conference fee.
